I believe in the raw power of Yoga & Meditation to transform, empower, and return us to a sense of aliveness. Yoga lets you experience individual victory through exploring and overcoming important personal boundaries in body and mind. I intend to share the inspiration I receive through my practice everyday, in hopes to create a positive transformation for someone else.
My name is Lisa Hakim. I received my 200hr Yoga Teacher Certificate in Hawaii through Peak Beings Yoga School and am certified to teach Yoga Trapeze, Trauma Informed, Restorative, Yin Yoga & Jivamuktis Spiritual Warrior Class. I am also certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork and Sound Healing. In hopes to share the gift of Yoga, Meditation and Bodywork with my community, I opened ‘Namastuy’, a teacher run Brooklyn Healing Collective in January 2017.
