Thai Yoga Bodywork - 90min -

A beautiful bodywork practice that blends massage, acupressure, passive stretching, yogic twisting & meditation. Based in Intuitive Thai Yoga massage, this healing modality feels like a dance between client and practitioner that allows for tremendous relief from stress, body pain, and energetic blocks. Thai Bodywork is a session during which the practitioner uses their palms, elbows, knees and feet to compress muscles, stimulate acupressure points, and gently stretch the body allowing it to relax, open, and literally decompress. This intricate and fluid series promotes deep relaxation within the body and stillness within the mind while alleviating all types of ailments and injuries, leaving you feeling calm and centered. Thai Bodywork is practiced on a thick, comfortable mat on the floor and for total ease the client remains fully clothed.

Yoga is a great practice for managing the stress, anxieties and depression we experience in modern day life.


Trapeze Yoga Sessions - 60min -

Students are often attracted to the Yoga Trapeze for spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly learn that the functional pulling and grip strength complements a mat-based yoga practice and creates a full-body fitness routine. A yoga practice or exercise routine that integrates the Yoga Trapeze, even if just once or twice per week, provides Instant traction on your spine (within minutes), Relief of back pain and possibly sciatica, Core strength development, Deeper backbends, shoulder tension release, Functional upper body and full-body strength. Floating shavasana will be accompanied by some sound Healing Instruments. You can work your shoulders, calm your nerves, and leave class floating on air.

L’Hakim Signature Session - 120min -

Signature blend of gentle movement and pranayama catered to your personal physical, metal & emotional needs, followed by 60 minutes intuitive Thai Yoga massage leading into a relaxing and rejuvenating deep listening Sound Healing Session. We’ll be utilizing singing bowls, gong, tuning forks and more. Instruments may be played around as well as on the body. This is a great treatment option for those especially stressed, tense or anxious clients looking for a subtle reset that will leave your nervous-system calm and body feeling rejuvenated. Add on Cupping or CBD tincture & topicals optional for this modality.

Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior - 60 min -

This is a brisk, guided, led vinyasa class in which the teacher calls out the asanas and provides the breath count, but gives minimal instruction as to how to do the various asanas. The class offers a well-rounded practice as a set sequence that includes a warm-up, the setting of an elevated intention, chanting, surya namaskar, standing asanas, twists, balances, backward bending, forward bending and inversions, as well as meditation and relaxation, and is designed to be completed in one hour. Thus, it is suitable for those who have limited time to devote to a yoga practice, for those who are looking for a workout to “shape up” physically, and for those who are looking to include a robust asana practice in a manageable daily routine. Because it is a fixed sequence that is always the same, a student has the opportunity to progress to the level of mastery by committing to a consistent, steady, regular sadhana.
